A warm welcome from newtownlets…

It’s always difficult moving to a new area, whether you’re from Malmö, Manchester or Madrid. At newtownlets, we aim to make your move to Beaconsfield as easy as possible so you can concentrate on the more important things in life, like getting on with your work and making new friends!

We have two well-presented apartments which are fully furnished and equipped to a good standard. The apartments are in a great location, right in the centre of Beaconsfield New Town with all the amenities on your doorstep and a 5-minute walk to Beaconsfield train station.

All two apartments are let to groups rather than by room. For more information, see Summary of Key Terms on theTenancy page.

If you are interested in renting one of the apartments, please see theHow to Apply page.

About Us

As an independent landlord, we are dedicated to letting our apartments to NFTS students. We uphold UK Government Regulation for rental property and maintain the same standards of professionalism as high street letting agencies.

Since we started letting our first apartment in January 2003, we have accumulated over 40 letting-years of experience with NFTS students from all over the world.

Out and about

Beaconsfield is a busy market town in the heart of Buckinghamshire and a great place to study and socialise. There are excellent transport links, with London Marylebone only 23 minutes away by fast train Heathrow 25 minutes by taxi, and the M40 motorway only 5 minutes by car. The town has a variety of cafes and bars; try grabbing a coffee at The Cape in the New Town or head to the Old Town for a cocktail at The Treehouse. There are two large supermarkets for all your needs; Sainbury’s (with Argos in store), Waitrose and Marks & Spencer’s food hall. Also check out the charity shops if you’re looking for a bargain! If you fancy some fresh air instead, why not try one of the many countryside and woodland walks around the Chiltern Hills, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Royal Standard of England, known as The Oldest Freehouse, can be found just next to the fields at Forty Green and is an old rustic pub serving a fantastic selection of local and European craft ales.

All three apartments and tenancy information can be viewed on the following pages.
